KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation (KIS Vietnam) was established in December 2010 by Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (KIS), Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group and other shareholders. KIS Korea contributed 48.8% of the capital in KIS Vietnam in November 2010 and officially raised its ownership to 92.3% in January 2014. As of June 2021, KIS Vietnam increased its charter capital to VND 3,761 billion.
Responsibilities
• Identify and penetrate new investor channels, with a primary focus on asset managers, private
wealth offices and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
• Serve as a proactive liaison between bond issuers and the investor community, ensuring clear
communication and successful placement.
• Provide bespoke service to client base, offering market insights and timely execution of fixed
