General Responsibility
To be responsible for processing daily operations of the customer service section and acquire and verify the documents concerning to comply with Head Office Instructions, internal rule, SBV’s regulations.
Accountability
Handle operations of customer services department including:
- Remittance side: domestic and overseas remittance
- Deposit side: cash deposit, withdrawal, fixed deposit etc.
Develop operational knowledge and skills
Make related reports to Head Office, Management and local Authorities
Performs other duties assigned by the Management
Customer satisfaction: Ensure provide good services meet client’s demands.
Assist Cashier in counter- checking money before paying to customers
