As a Mentor, you will:
Join weekly group meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your mentoring and consulting skills.
Maintain ongoing communication and engagement, collaborating with the TeenCare team to follow up with parents via emails and messages.
Consult and close sales with parents, helping them see the value of these add- on services and invest effectively in their child‘s growth
Facilitate weekly or monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions following TeenCare’s structured curriculum to help students solve problems, develop life skills, and improve emotional well- being.
Monitor each student’s needs, providing tailored recommendations for additional educational and wellness services (courses, workshops, health support tools).
Track students’ progress, collect feedback, and report mentoring outcomes to improve service quality and increase student retention.
Commit to accompanying students on their 3–12 month development journey, ensuring consistent impact over time.

Possess excellent communication skills and can connect with students and persuade parents effectively.
Are goal- oriented, with experience in consulting, customer service, or sales (a plus).
Being a Native English Speaker.
Are self- driven, responsible, and able to balance between mentoring and upselling goals.
Are passionate about youth development and love working with teenagers.

Upsell commission: Up to $10/session based on sales results
Strong self- learning culture: Free training before onboarding, with a full curriculum, mentoring methods, and consulting techniques provided. You can start working immediately after training completion. In addition, free training is provided weekly to strengthen mentoring and communication skills at work and in real life.
Total monthly earnings: From $400- $1000 depending on workload and upsell performance
Base salary: $400- $700/month ($6- $10/session)

Afternoon: 1:30 PM- 6:00 PM
At least 15 sessions during peak hours (Mon–Fri): 17:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, 21:00
