Renewal Sales Specialist (Korean + English)

Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Manage competitive market pressures and handle objections professionally to retain existing clients and acquire new ones.
Master product knowledge and technical service details to effectively assess and meet client requirements.
Operate effectively within a team environment and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Work within a dedicated territory and team for an assigned client to achieve revenue targets through renewals and service sales while identifying upsell opportunities.
Maintain the CRM system diligently to ensure all relevant customer data and interactions are captured.
Proactively address customer concerns or roadblocks to ensure high levels of satisfaction and product usage.
Collaborate with team members and management to deliver a professional experience during all interactions with prospects and customers.
Execute various sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, customer health checks, and contract renewals.
Handle a high volume of daily customer interactions via phone and email with a primary focus on outbound communication.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience in high- volume calling
Fluent in Korean verbal and listening
Problem solving skills
2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
Experience learning new technology and data
Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

After passing probation, the employee will be offered a one- year contract.
Probation period is paid at 100% of salary.
Social insurance is calculated based on full salary.
The labor contract is signed after two months of probation.
Monthly KPIs, with compensation based on performance.
