REPORTING ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Financial and management reporting (50%)
Prepare the Balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare month- end closing journal entries
Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
Provide timely and accurate financial information for management reports
· Audit and regulatory filings (30%)
Provide GAAP reconciliation and propose adjustment entries (where required)
Provide supports for Finance Manager and/or Chief Accountant in handling financial audits
Provide supports for Chief Accountant for tax filing reports
· Finance system improvements (20%)
Support Finance management in establishment of finance reporting procedures including the financial reporting for subsidiaries when the Company expanded
Coordinate the change initiatives for Finance projects
Support Finance management in delivering change/upgrade/improvements for financial systems

REQUIREMENTS
● Strong analytical and multi- tasking skills.
● Ability to work well within a team and individually.
● Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing.
● Experience in medical and healthcare industry is preferred
● Deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues.
● High responsibility in work.
● Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
