Main responsibilities
Service & Promotion Development
Conduct market research and collect customer data to identify new service and promotion opportunities.
Propose service solutions aligned with the company’s overall business strategy and target customer segments.
Analyze target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to service strategy development and pricing policies based on market insights and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) in developing and launching new services.
Service & Promotion Optimization
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing services and promotional programs through business data and customer feedback.
Ensure services and promotional programs remain competitive and aligned with evolving market trends and customer needs
Work closely with relevant departments to implement optimization initiatives and assess post- implementation impact.
Analyze performance metrics to recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and customer experience.
Report
Consolidate and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision- making.
Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and systematic tracking of reports.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and advertising effectiveness.
Requirements
At least 1 year of working experience in relevant positions.
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English.
Comprehensive reading, analytical, presentation, persuasion skills.
