• Research & Reporting SupportAssist in data analysis and research- related tasks as assigned.
• Market Analysis SupportSupport analysis of supply, demand, and market trends across related real estate sectors such as Hotel/Resort, Residential, etc.
• Market Data CollectionUpdate market information through phone calls, internet research, site inspections, and other reliable sources.
• Event SupportAssist in the preparation of departmental events and support event reception activities.
• TranslationProvide translation support when required.

• Education
(3rd or 4th year student)
Currently studying Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Communication SkillsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Language SkillsProficient in English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent organizational and time- management skills with the ability to multitask
• Driven, competent, flexible, and willing to learn
• Good teamwork, analytical, and problem- solving skills
• High attention to detail and results- driven mindset
• Strong analytical and report- writing skills
• Creativity, imagination, and ability to use initiative
