Handle all reservation inquiries by phone, email, or online platforms promptly and professionally.Process new reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.Maintain up- to- date records of bookings in the reservation system.Provide information on rates, availability, promotions, and services.Upsell rooms, packages, or services to maximize revenue.Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.Confirm reservations and send booking details to guests.Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer- oriented attitude with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
Proven experience as a reservation agent, front office agent, or in a customer service role.
Strong problem- solving and organizational skills.
