Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Management:
Supervise and coordinate daily reservation operations.
Handle group bookings, corporate accounts, and special requests.
Monitor room availability and ensure accurate allocation of rooms.
Team Supervision:
Train, mentor, and evaluate the reservations team.
Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage during peak periods.
Customer Service:
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
Address guest inquiries and resolve reservation- related issues promptly.
Revenue Management Support:
Collaborate with Revenue Manager to optimize room rates and occupancy.
Report daily reservation statistics and forecast bookings.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
Prepare reports for management regarding reservations, cancellations, and no- shows.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of revenue management principles is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (PMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
