Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reservations team
Resolve guest complaints or booking issues with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to align booking strategies
Respond to guest inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
Ensure compliance with brand standards, pricing policies, and data protection regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservation performance and trends
Handle group bookings, prepare rooming lists, and coordinate pre- arrival arrangements
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and no- shows
Ensure all reservations are processed promptly, professionally, and in line with hotel standards
Train and mentor reservation agents to ensure high performance and service quality
Monitor room availability, rate parity, and booking channels to optimize occupancy and revenue
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
