The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the reservation operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and professional booking system that maximizes room occupancy and revenue while delivering personalized service to guests.
Job summary
Maintaining Standards
• Perform other duties and special assignments as requested by management.
• Monitor booking pace, occupancy levels, and reservation trends to support revenue optimization.
• Ensure all reservation policies, procedures, and company standards are followed.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Residences, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments regarding room status, guest arrivals, VIPs, and special requests.
• Identify training needs and provide training and guidance to reservations team members.
• Oversee all reservation activities to ensure an efficient and organized system of booking rooms, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, online travel agents (OTAs), and global reservation networks.
• Supervise and guide the reservations team in daily operations and guest communication.
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to reservation requests, inquiries, and guest communications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy forecasts and report to management.
• Manage room allocations and ensure guest preferences and special requests are properly arranged.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Chinese or Korean language is a plus
Good understanding of occupancy forecasting, booking pace, and revenue management principles.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and service- oriented attitude.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Revenue operations in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership, organization, and problem- solving skills.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems and hotel PMS.
