Assist in handling guest concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Support coordination for bookings, pick- up, and drop- off.
Assist in handling hotline calls and guest requests; learn to check availability and respond.
Participate in training to build product knowledge and customer service skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Currently studying Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Careful and detail- oriented
Good at writing and reading English
Willing to learn and work in a team- oriented environment
