- Undertake duties as requested by the Department Manager and Reservations team.
- Become totally familiar with the “Reservations” Standards & Procedures and follow them accordingly.
- Align working practices and conduct with Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers’ Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests.
- Preparation and compilation of various reports as required by the Department Manager.
- Input new reservations received via telephone, fax or email.
- Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.

We require at least 3 months internship full time
Good command in English and teamwork
Conducting duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained
