Reservation Trainee - TTS Đặt Phòng

To provide security and privacy of guests by keeping all guest’s information confidential unless otherwise instructed by guests.
Assist to ensure all reservations are accurately action within the same working day
Assist in the preparation and checking of the rate manual.
To provide guest with up- to- date information.
Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing other relevant duties as assigned.
Support paperwork.
Answer all calls promptly, within 3 rings using specified greeting for hotel, in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure that all relevant information is obtained.
Assist to handle all arrival and departure records.

English communication
Hard working and careful in completing the tasks
Prefer fulltime working: Monday- Friday
Senior students or graduated students from University/ College
Enthusiasm
