Reservations Supervisor

- Directly support the senior management team in ensuring the success of the department with superior leadership skills through driving the performance of reservations team member, follow the policies and procedures of the property.
- Supervising the reservation functions for the hotel and ensuring all reservations are processed in a professional and efficient follow RHG standards to achieve customer satisfaction and room revenue goals.
- Supervises, mentors and leads the reservation team in the absence of senior manager and ensure smooth of Department operations
- Manages and coordinates activities of reservation officers and assist Reservation Manager/Revenue Manager with reporting and online distribution and others duties follow instruction to develop reservations and customer service.

• Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism/Foreign Language or Economic Studies
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position at 5 star/ 4 star Hotel
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required
• Ability to work in a computer based, multi- task environment.
• Knowledgeable of hotel technology: Channel Manager, Opera, CRS, GDS
• Strong leadership skills.
