Reservations Team Leader

Analyze trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing.
Train, mentor, and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
Implement policies and monitor booking accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Develop strategies to increase bookings and guest satisfaction.
Generate performance reports and analyze key metrics.
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the reservation department.
Handle complex inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly.
Yêu cầu công việc
Deep understanding of hotel operations and reservation systems (PMS).
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2–3 years of supervisory experience in hotel reservations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail- oriented with strong analytical and report- generation abilities.
Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast- paced environment.
Knowledge of revenue management principles and local market trends.
Fluency in English (Vietnamese language skills are highly desirable).
