Resolution Intern (Part - Time)

Assist the property managers and guests in modifying or canceling the bookings.
Check the difference in booking price between the Sales Channel and Your.Rentals, and update the correct ones on the booking system.
Analyze and research different solutions to resolve complex Booking issues for our customers while reducing the cost for the company.
Respond to customers promptly and accurately, via phone, email, or chat.

Able to work 20 hours minimum/week.
Flexible working time in the 12 pm to 9 pm time frame, Monday to Friday.
Experience in booking and reservation is also a plus.
Intermediate level of English (B2- B1).
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Able to prepare own working devices (laptop, mouse, headphones).
Internship duration: 3 months.
Knowledge of Italian/French/Spanish (B1- B2).

Knowledge and experience in Customer Support and the online travel industry.
Experience in a SaaS or e- commerce start- up.
Hourly rate from 30.000 to 45.000 VNĐ.
Weekly Happy hour and other company activities.
Pantry and free parking lot.
