We&039;re looking for a Resort Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects our brand&039;s identity.
Role Summary
The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the resort, overseeing all departments to ensure guest satisfaction, service quality, financial performance, and staff development. This role acts as the on- site leader, balancing operational excellence with the resort&039;s distinct hospitality philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Manage and develop department heads and staff. Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
Sales & Marketing Coordination Work with sales/marketing teams on promotions, and partnerships with travel agents and tour operators.
Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, fire safety, and licensing requirements. Maintain relationships with local authorities as needed.
Guest Experience Maintain high guest satisfaction scores by resolving issues promptly, personally engaging with guests, and continuously refining service standards. Monitor reviews and lead response and improvement efforts.
Operations Management Oversee day- to- day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, wellness, security, landscape, and guest services. Ensure all departments meet brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
Financial Performance Manage the resort&039;s budget, control costs, and contribute to revenue through upselling, and ancillary services.

Willingness to live on- site
Excellent problem- solving and guest- facing communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and revenue management
Fluent Vietnamese & English required; additional languages a plus
Minimum 5 years of hospitality management experience, with at least 2 years in a resort manager or senior leadership role
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, P&L management)
Proven leadership and team- building skills in a multicultural environment
Familiarity with Central/Da Lat tourism market is a plus
