Responsible Business Manager

Lead, coordinate, and take full responsibility for the performance of the factory Sustainability team (3–5 staff).
Develop annual/quarterly/monthly plans and submit accurate periodic and ad- hoc reports to the Vietnam Head of Sustainability.
Implement group- level strategies, programs, and goals at the factory.
Train and develop the team in line with group programs and factory- specific needs.
Closely collaborate with Sustainability Managers of other factories to:
· Execute other group- wide sustainability projects.
· Monitor changes in Vietnamese laws and international standards, assess impacts, and propose solutions.
· Conduct risk assessments.
· Create training materials and roll out group training programs.
· Develop and maintain group- wide policies, procedures, and SOPs related to occupational health & safety, environment, human rights, and social responsibility.
Continuously monitor compliance, identify risks related to labor, safety, environment, and human rights, and take immediate corrective actions.
Xây dựng quan hệ bền vững với cơ quan nhà nước (Cảnh sát PCCC, Sở Môi trường, Công an Kinh tế…).
Plan and conduct regular internal audits; coordinate third- party and customer audits; close all CAPs in the shortest possible time.
Quản lý, đánh giá nhà thầu, NCC về mặt tuân thủ và trách nhiệm xã hội, hỗ trợ nhà thầu, NCC khi cần thiết.
Ensure full implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key standards including (but not limited to): SA8000, GRS/OCS/RWS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Higg FEM/FSLM, B Corp, LEED, FLA, Fair Trade, BSCI, Sedex, SLCP, WRAP, etc.
Làm đầu mối tại nhà máy làm việc với khách hàng: hiểu đúng nhu cầu, đảm bảo thực hiện kịp thời, duy trì hài lòng cao nhất.
Organize regular and ad- hoc training for the entire factory on OSH, fire prevention, environment, anti- harassment, etc.

· Đã từng lead ít nhất 2–3 chứng nhận chính (BSCI, Sedex, SA8000, Higg FEM, SLCP… ).
· Tối thiểu 2- 3 năm ở vị trí trưởng nhóm hoặc quản lý bộ phận nhỏ (3–5 người).
· Tiếng Anh lưu loát (đọc- viết báo cáo, trao đổi email và họp trực tiếp với khách hàng, Trụ sở chính)
· Am hiểu Luật lao động, Luật ATVSLĐ, Luật BVMT, PCCC và các nghị định liên quan.
· Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
· Có 4–6 năm kinh nghiệm tổng trong compliance/sustainability tại nhà máy sản xuất (ưu tiên may mặc).
· Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành An toàn lao động, Môi trường, ESG, Quản trị, Luật hoặc tương đương.
· Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề.
· Từng làm đầu mối audit khách hàng và cơ quan nhà nước..
