Efficiently manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Assist with special guest requests and specific dietary requirements.
Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining flow.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus promptly.
Stay updated on all menu items, daily specials, and promotional events.
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and service regulations.
Resolve guest inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and hospitable attitude.

Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to high standards.
Ability to multitask effectively in a high- pressure, fast- paced environment.
Basic computer literacy for handling reservations and POS systems.
Secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move throughout the venue.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
