Coordinate with Chef on menu planning, food quality, and service delivery.
Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and control procedures.
Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring service excellence.
Supervise cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS systems.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, equipment, and service ambiance.
Ensure staff adherence to SOPs and Pullman brand standards.
Maintain guest satisfaction levels as per Pullman Guest Satisfaction Index.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking with a business- driven mindset.
Fluent in English, with additional languages preferred.
Ability to manage under pressure and deliver results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of F&B service and restaurant management.
2–3 years of management experience in a 5- star hotel outlet or restaurant.
