Manage restaurant and day- to- day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Other tasks assigned by FB Manager.
- Lead restaurant’s team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Report ion management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Up selling food and beverage & other hotel service to increase hotel revenue.
- Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer services.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good spoken and written English, a third language will be an advantage
- Good supervision, leadership and communication skills.
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of all hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Must have good knowledge of all the hotel emergency procedures.
- Be able to work long hours and shift whenever needed.
- Must be well to solve guest complain and all situation.
- Must have good knowledge of all facilities and their operation hours in the hotel.
