• The role of the Restaurant Manager is to supervise and control all food and beverage products and services from the restaurant to the required Pullman Danang Beach Resort standards, within agreed budgetary parameters
• Applies the brand&039;s quality standards (SOP)
• To ensure the smooth running of the restaurant service, setting proper performance standards for guest services and maximizing departmental profit.
The Restaurant Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Competent desktop software user.
• High- school diploma to degree, vocational diploma in sales and marketing, hospitality studies, food & beverage, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and the national language
• Previous experience in a multi- cultural environment is essential.
• Two to five years experience in Food & Beverage, including at least two years as F&B Supervisor or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and supervisory experience, required.
