RESTAURANT MANAGER (QUẢN LÝ NHÀ HÀNG)

GENERAL MISSION:
Perform other duties as assigned by GM.
She/he must achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff.
To work with the banqueting department to support all requested functions.
Responsible for the guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel’s philosophy.
Achieve department budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history and forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the restaurant capabilities.
Assist the department manage in being responsible for the restaurants area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
Continuous departmental training is key responsibility.
Responsible to control Restaurant operations in regards of accounting procedures and guest service procedures.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for controlling of all confidential and financially related information of Restaurant.
Monthly reporting on departmental revenue and expenses.

- Languages: fluent in English. Computer literate.
- Leadership & management skills.
- Strong in driving results and people management and development.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- At least 3 years experience in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements.
