Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high- quality food and beverage offerings.
Supervise the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet, ensuring efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and uphold health and safety standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
Train and manage F&B staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and adherence to operational protocols.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions under pressure.
Strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
Knowledge of F&B industry trends, products, and services.
Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.

Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.

Salary (Gross): 12,000,000 VND/month.
Friendly and professional working environment.
Allowance: Meal allowance between shifts: 30,000 VND/day.

Bonus: Depending on work results, production and business situation and according to the Company&039;s regulations at each time
Salary: 11,000,000 + 13,000,000 + SVC + Meal allowance
