JOB SUMMARY
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the B2C market share, with a strong focus on premium and luxury customer segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
Drive sales performance through effective sales skills training and coaching.
Analyze sales performance (best/worst sellers) and implement action plans to improve results.
Manage merchandising and product mix in line with local customer demand.
Operations Management
Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily retail operations.
Ensure marketing and promotional campaigns are properly implemented and clearly communicated to the sales team.
Oversee inventory control, stock counts, inbound/outbound transfers, and minimize shrinkage or loss.
People Management
Allocate sales targets fairly and effectively (experience managing teams of 5+ staff).
Handle internal conflicts professionally while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail sales management.
Experience in Furniture, Construction, or High- end Durable Goods, particularly in premium/luxury segments, is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to take on challenges and work under sales targets.
