Assist in the creation and maintenance of revenue forecasts and budgets.
Prepare materials for the weekly/bi- weekly Revenue Management meeting.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in revenue management to continuously improve processes and
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy across different market segments
Collaborate with F&B, sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance.
Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.
Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
Help create short- and long- term topline revenue forecasts.
Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.

A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
1- 3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset and a passion for revenue management.
Familiarity with the distribution landscape and online travel agencies.
A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data- driven decisions.
