Position Summary:
The Rewards Club Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Rewards Club Manager and Assistant Manager in leading a high- performing guest service team. The role oversees daily operations, staff coaching, and guest interactions to ensure that the Club environment is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with COSMO’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor reception area for cleanliness, readiness, and guest traffic flow.
• Guide and assist guests with Rewards Club services and promotions.
• Act as the main point of contact during assigned shifts for any escalated guest issues.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on service protocols and club operations.
• Ensure team adherence to service etiquette, grooming, and company policies
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of club promotions and special events.
• Supervise daily shift activities and allocate duties to Hosts and Representatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill service needs and guest requests.
• Support membership registration and ensure accuracy of guest data.

Requirement:
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience with membership systems.
• 3 years of guest service or hospitality experience.
• 1+ year experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
