What’s the Job?
You’ll ensure each room is prepared to perfection, following IHG standards with a personal touch that embodies Rêve’s distinct sense of hospitality and design.Your Day to Day
As a Room Attendant at Rêve HCMC, you’ll create a warm, comfortable, and beautifully presented space that reflects the character of our hotel. Every detail you touch will help our guests feel relaxed, inspired, and cared for — whether they’re returning from a busy day or simply enjoying a quiet moment in their room.
Your Day to Day
Clean, tidy, and refresh guest rooms and suites to the highest standards, ensuring every space feels inviting and well cared for.
Participate in deep cleaning projects, turndown service, and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, trolleys, and storage rooms.
Assist guests politely and professionally with any simple requests or directions.
Replace linens, amenities, and supplies while minimizing waste and following sustainability practices.
Keep your supervisor updated on room status and any special guest requests.
Handle lost and found items with honesty and care according to hotel policy.
Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly to your supervisor.
Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, using protective equipment when necessary.
Take pride in your appearance and wear your uniform with professionalism and confidence.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering the best guest experience every day.
Attention to detail, pride in your work, and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks and stand or move for extended periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
