RUNNER ATTENDANT

Perform cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products and equipment as assigned following health standards.
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International.
Deliver fresh linen and stack properly on shelves in floor pantries.
Assist to collect Guest laundry from floor pantries as set scheduled and upon request.
Complete assigned work properly in a timely manner.
Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
Respond to all guest requests promptly and efficient.
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting, complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow- up.
Deliver Extra Bed, BabyCot/crib.
Ensures surrounding areas are kept clean at all times.
Report any safety and security issues.
Deliver all guest requests.
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Attention to details in serving guests
Collect rubbish and dispose correctly.
Report any shortage or discrepancies of items with tracking.
Ensures that all working equipment function properly, following instructions and report to Team Leaders of any equipment malfunctions and related incidents, including guest garments.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Keys are signed out & kept securely.
Assist to collects soiled linen from all floor pantries, properly load to Linen Chute for sorting.
Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
Control all items send out for loan.
Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
Responds to changes as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Reads the hotel&039;s Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel&039;s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Hands over items found immediately to Team Leaders.
Maintain storage and distribution area in clean and organized condition.
Ensure inventory on time and correct figure.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotels/resorts is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment.
Basic communication skills in English.
Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
