Russian Guest Relations Agent (Native )

As Russian Guest Relations Agent, we rely on you to
• Assist Russian guests throughout their stay, with special attention to VIP arrivals, in- house services, and departures
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all room types to optimize sales and guest satisfaction
• Deliver personalized, courteous service to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences
• Promote hotel services, facilities, daily banquet events, and F&B outlets with accurate operation times

We are looking for someone who
• Has experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort settings
• Is fluent in Russian
• Has knowledge of English or other languages as an advantage
• Communicates naturally, politely, and professionally with guests
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with ability to adapt to various situations

- Operation Position: 1.5 days off/week.

- Service charge: Full service charge 100% during probation period.
