Sale Admin

Order Processing:
- Managing and tracking sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, including
verifying information, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintaining customer databases, handling inquiries, and providing after- sales
support to ensure positive customer experiences.
Sales Reporting:
- Compiling and analyzing sales data, creating reports, and monitoring sales
performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing
presentations, managing correspondence, and organizing sales- related documents.
Inventory Management:
- Tracking inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring
the sales team has the necessary information and resources.
Communication & Coordination:
- Facilitating communication between the sales team, other departments, and
customers to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

- Ensuring accuracy in data entry, order processing, and report generation.
- 3- 5 years of experience in sale admin with a proven track of records.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and finding solutions to streamline sales processes.
- Basic computer knowledge with office skills.
- Proven engagement skills, including relationship- building, negotiation and closing.
- Knowledge of export, logistics, and customs procedures is a plus
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Utilizing CRM systems, order management software, and other relevant tools.
