Sales Administration:
Maintain customer records, track sales orders, and manage customer inquiries.
Coordinate with warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Provide administrative support to the BOD and sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Data Entry and Management:
Enter and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant information into the company&039;s CRM and Ding system.
Generate reports and analyze sales data, collect sales weekly and quarterly reports
Customer Service:
Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD team
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s degree in Linguistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience (priority in Networking, CCTV, smart home devices industry)
Good at data analysis & reports
Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills.
Willing to take on challenging assignments
Fluency in Chinese and/or English
Proven experience in interpreting.
Active, patient and eager to learn more
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Access
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
