Monitor monthly sales, analyze project profitability, and propose solutions to enhance revenue performance.
Take full responsibility for the sales performance, profit/loss, and contract management of assigned projects.
Present business proposals to clients, negotiate contract terms, and coordinate contract adjustments when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
Set and execute personal KPIs and action plans aligned with company goals and business strategies.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships to ensure long- term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Work under the supervision of a Japanese Sales Manager as part of the newly restructured Sales Department.
Work closely with the Sales Admin team to manage contracts, payments, and invoicing.
Conduct internal performance reviews and provide regular progress reports to the Sales Manager.
Support process optimization and continuous improvement (KAIZEN) across sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing.
Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and data- driven communication skills.
High sense of responsibility, self- motivation, and willingness to learn.
Proactive in keeping up with market and technology trends.
Language Skills:
Japanese: JLPT N1–N2 (required)
English: TOEIC 600+ (practical communication skills prioritized)

Tools: Google Workspace, Chatwork, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Redmine
