- Follow up on Payment Request (PR): update status pending settlement list (fee of Platforms + Vendors) and estimate the clearing date.
- Follow up the status of delivery to ensure on- time delivery of the Platforms.
- Standby on weekends to process refunds/cancellations orders.
- Follow up daily with CCC team to keep track platform’s engagement and check fraud orders then work with teams on order management.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams including Logistics, Finance, IT, Procurement and Agency to ensure the sales operation.
- Raise internal approval to process system for refund orders from Platforms and handle approval for refund amounts, returned products, cancel DO, etc…
- Handle Admin Tasks on Platform Accounts (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, TiktokShop): Contract Support, Invoice Settlement, VOC Complaints, Orders Data and Fulfillment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Careful, hard- working and responsible.
- At least 2 years of experiences Operation Admin, priority to those with background of system admin or online marketplace management.
- Proficient in Excel.
- English (especially reading & writing skill).
