- General Management Responsibilities
- Proactively and regularly review and optimize sales policies.
- Take responsibility for the revenue of Event Projects assigned by the Company, including: Customer mapping, Sponsorship benefits, Event revenue performance.
- Define and drive the strategic development direction of the department.
- Develop sales plans and take full responsibility for the sales performance of the assigned department.
Manage the assigned customer portfolio, including Existing customers, new customers, transferred customers.
Be responsible for handling and preventing errors or mistakes within the department.
Manage and monitor departmental receivables debts.
Oversee all departmental contracts, including: Outstanding payments/ contracts flagged as high risk (“red- flagged”)/ Undeployed contract values, overdue contracts
- Manage, recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure alignment with the department’s overall objectives.
- Take full responsibility for the department’s human resource activities.
- Prepare and submit work reports to the Board of Directors on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Strong ability to build, train, and develop teams.
Good knowledge of contract processes, receivables management, and risk management.
At least 03 years of experience in a management position.
At least 7 years of sales experience, with a preferred background in advertising agencies, solution consulting firms, or IT companies.
Highly disciplined, responsible, and able to work under sales KPI pressure.
In- depth understanding of the advertising ecosystem, with experience in selling media inventory, sponsorships, communication projects, or integrated advertising packages.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
