Sales Account Manager (Thermal Power & Oil & Gas)

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Board of Directors.
• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies for clients in the Thermal Power and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Sales Support, Supply Chain, and Accounting to ensure smooth delivery, project execution, and payment collection.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long- term partnerships.
• Monitor and control sales- related costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting financial efficiency.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and gross profit goals.
• Review and analyze bidding documents, coordinate with the Sales Support team to prepare quotations and technical proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Provide technical consultation and propose optimal solutions based on customers’ actual needs and assigned products/services.
• Manage and expand key accounts, particularly those using pump systems, rotating, or mechanical industrial equipment.
