Responsibilities
Be in charge of horeca, habanos point chanel
- Follow up with warehouse and logistic about the delivery and communicate with customers about order status and shipping details.
- Follow Trade term of all Customers
- Receive PO of customers, check price & MOQ, stock status, make quotation and raise Sales Order.
- Inform to customer about new price, new items, stock status, shipment schedules, and product information to help resolve customer concerns.
- Provide immediately respond to customer’s inquiries and give after- sales support when requested
Be in charge Bars’s Order
- With goods transfered from shop to bar: collect delivery note, make transfer from shop to warehouse and then make SO in the system.
- Receive PO, make Transfer from Warehouse to Bars and then collect delivery note and submit to accounting department.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager such as making sales report of accessories and posm, inventory report…
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements and skills:
- Preferred have 3- 5 years of experience in the related Industry experience with 1- 3 years in Sales or Admin Department.
- Graduated from university or postgraduate programs, related to Business, Business administration or equivalent fields.
- In- depth knowledge of administrative management processes and sales support tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Profound understanding of administrative management processes and activities related to sales.
- Organizational, time management, and effective problem- solving skills.
