This role is especially suitable for someone who can utilize Japanese language skills (speaking and/or reading) in a business setting.
You will work closely with Japanese staff and internal consultants to support daily operations, follow up with Japanese candidates, assist communication- related tasks, and contribute to business initiatives such as events and market/company research.
You will be mainly responsible for supporting and improving operations for our existing business, Navigos Search.
A Vietnamese mentor and internal team members will support your onboarding so you can work with confidence and receive proper guidance.
- Team: Japanese supervisor and interns/staff members (Japanese & Vietnamese)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare weekly progress reports and assist with documentation
• Input data into the business system under consultant supervision
• Support contract- related tasks and internal coordination as needed
• Support Japanese consultants/staff members in daily operations and coordination tasks
• Assist in analyzing recruitment project data and preparing simple reports
• Follow up with Japanese candidates via email/messages/calls (under consultant supervision)
Additional Tasks (depending on ability):
• Support event planning/operation (seminars, job fairs, networking events, etc.)
• Conduct research on target companies, industries, and labor market trends
• Support new business initiatives and internal improvement projects
• Create job postings / support job content preparation
• Communicate directly with Japanese clients and candidates (as assigned)
