We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented Intern to support and assist with general office administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, who is eager to gain practical experience in office operation, and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Support for Sales Department:
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance) for related information.
Perform other assigned tasks related to sales operations.
Assist in organizing meetings, sales materials, and presentations
Support customer communication (emails, follow- ups) under guidance
Support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks
Assist in order processing, data entry, and maintaining sales records
Prepare and update sales reports and basic documentation
Event Support
Support for Office Administration:
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
Communicate with vendors and service providers when needed.
Perform internal/external support handling such as paperwork, phone calls, and the front desk.
Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and managing office supplies.
Handle basic data entry and document management.
Ensure the office environment is organized and well- maintained.
Work alongside Intern members and other teams for company projects.
Perform other tasks if required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
Senior students (last year) in the Business field
Commitment to working full- time in 06 months
Experience:
No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university / social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage
Knowledge:
Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
Detail- oriented and able to multitask
