Sales and Operation Manager

Sales & Marketing
- Sales Strategy & Oversight: Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate quotations, and ensure the marketing team targets industries that match the factory&039;s strengths.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide quotations, and process sales orders.
- Identify new market opportunities or maintain existing client relationships.
- Liaise with clients on delivery timelines and product specifications.
- Visit customers and provide products technical support when necessary.
Production Planning
- Coordinate with the factory floor to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Monitor inventory levels (finished goods) to ensure the shipment lead time in order.
- Translate sales orders into daily or weekly production schedules.
Administration & Documentation of Factory
- Team Leadership: Supervising, hiring, and training to team, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a liaison between factory floor teams, senior management, customers ensure smooth operations.
- Use ERP software or Excel to track productivity.
- Manage factory- related paperwork, including delivery orders, invoices, and Legal and Regulatory compliance records such as factory environmental, fire fighting system, safety and other matter relate to government bodies.

Travel to Malaysia HQ and other subsidiaries in Vietnam
