Purpose:
business results through strategic coaching, sales force behavior transformation, and capability
The Sales Coach plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales effectiveness and driving
development. This role goes beyond training—it&039;s about elevating frontline teams to deliver
sustainable performance and exceed commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Sales Coaching & Capability Development
• Design and deliver high- impact coaching programs for sales leaders and frontline team
aligned with business objectives (especially for new hires).
• Diagnose performance gaps and behavioral bottlenecks across the sales team;
implement tailored coaching solutions.
• Embed a coaching culture through on- the- job coaching, feedback, and continuous
development plans.
2 Sales Behavior & Team Dynamics
• Provide expert insights into sales behavior trends, motivations, and team dynamics to
influence leadership decision- making.
• Develop programs that shift sales mindset, drive accountability, and foster a high-
performance culture.
3 Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
• Build trust- based relationships across all levels of the sale team.
• Serve as a credible coach and thought partner to sales leaders, gaining influence
through strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
4 Thought Leadership & Personal Branding
• The role of promoting and influencing core values and organizational culture across the
sales force.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience:
• Solid understanding of sales ecosystems in industries such as education, finance, banking, or insurance (preferred)..
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sale roles (At least 2 years of experience in sales management)
• Proven track record in coaching high- performing sales teams with demonstrable business results.
Skill & Knowledge:
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to link coaching to business KPIs.
• Deep expertise in sales coaching frameworks (e.g., GROW, CLEAR,…) and adult learning principles.
• Strong personal brand and credibility as a coach and business partner.
• High emotional intelligence and influence; able to work with diverse personalities and leadership styles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship- building skills across multi- layered sales teams.
Education:
• Coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, NLP, …) (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Other Requirements:
• Highly adaptable and flexible to a fast- paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
