SCOPE OF POSITION
Under the guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager or Director of Sales and within the limits of hotel policies and procedure, supports the Leisure sales team in all aspects of sales administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Keep the department head updated on any internal matters relating to hotel staff and events.
• Proactive in organizing site inspections, familiarization trips (FAM trips), and tours.
• Mainly in charge of Tour series bookings and commitment bookings, ensuring timely responses, accurate system updates (Delphi, Opera), and smooth coordination with related departments.
• Act as a reliable on- site Sales In- Charge during the absence of the assigned account manager, ensuring operational continuity and client satisfaction.
• Responsibilities include overseeing day- to- day sales administrative tasks such as keeping organized sales records, preparing minutes of all briefings and meetings, and collaborating information for sales reports, and related tasks in sales administration. Maintain sales documentation and administrative tasks, including internal forms, business trip profiles, and contracts.
