Sales Coordinator

- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information about hotel services
- Prepare sales- related documents such as quotations, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and confirmation letters
- Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and events with potential and existing clients
- Communicate with internal departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure client requirements are met
- Ensure all sales materials and presentations are up- to- date and professionally prepared
- Manage the schedules and travel arrangements of the sales team
- Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up on leads
- Monitor and track sales performance, generate reports, and support forecasting activities
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contracts
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, customer service, or event coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
