Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries professionally and follow up promptly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to support client requests and event arrangements.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents accurately and on time.
Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and booking records.
Assist in organizing sales events, familiarization trips, and promotional activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator or administrative role in hospitality is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic sales systems.
Good communication skills and a customer- oriented mindset.
