We are looking for a responsible and detail- oriented Deputy Sales Supervisor to support sales operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate bidding and contract processes.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients.
Coordinate internally with Operations and other departments to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Monitor contract performance and provide periodic reports to management.
Prepare and manage bidding documents and contract- related paperwork.
Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on service- related matters.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills in English or Japanese (No certificate required)
At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Account Executive, or similar roles.
Experience in B2B services is preferred.
Organized, responsible, and detail- oriented.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
