TripHunter builds multi- industry AI Agent solutions that automate consulting, sales, customer engagement, and various operational workflows for businesses.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will take ownership of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team.
Research and build high- quality lead lists across multiple industries, with priority on travel businesses (TOs, TAs, DMCs…).
Schedule product demos for qualified leads and hand them off to the sales team.
Qualify leads by identifying business model, pain points, readiness, and fit for TripHunter’s AI Agent solutions.
Support Marketing by following up on inbound leads.
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to generate new leads.
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM data for all outreach activities.
Share insights from early- stage conversations to improve messaging and product positioning.
Yêu cầu công việc
1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, Tele- sales, Lead Generation, or B2B customer- facing roles.
Organized, detail- oriented, and able to maintain accurate pipeline data.
Confident, proactive, and resilient — comfortable with high- volume outreach and rejection.
Strong communication skills, especially in cold outreach and discovery conversations.
Passion for technology and willingness to grow into a Business Development or Account Executive role.
