SALES ENGINEER (Food Processing Machinery)

Currently, nearly 80% of business involves servicing existing customers.
New hires will typically take about six months to become fully independent, with guidance and support provided by senior team members during this period.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the company or department.
Participate in negotiations with distributors and establish long- term partnerships.
Manage accounts receivable, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts and sales agreements.
Follow up with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and collect and update customer data.
Collaborate with internal departments and relevant units to execute and complete business projects as planned.
Handle customer complaints directly and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Develop new markets, conduct regular visits to customers and distributors, assess customer requirements, and prepare quotations for both distributors and end- users.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and conduct business performance analysis.
Maintain regular communication with direct sales partners, distributors, and suppliers to strengthen business relationships.

Required Skills

Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Willingness and ability to travel for work, both domestically and internationally.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
Friendly personality with a passion for meeting people and networking.
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of sales, customer relations, basic business principles, import- export processes, and machinery.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes effectively.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
