Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

• Identify potential clients and approach them for selling SGS services
• Create plans to visit clients or to contact them by phones/ emails and implement these plans
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients to improve sales revenue
Preapre marketing materials, sales kit for sales activities (brochures, leaflets, presentations, service capability, price lists, gift innitiative, etc.)
• Update Quotations and follow up for quotation updates.
• Collect market information (both about industries and competitors) in order to suggest proper selling schemes for Manager&039;s approval
• Coordinate with Customer Service Team to prepare/ suggest selling prices, discount levels to key clients for Manager&039;s approval
• Coordinate with Customer Service Team and related Section Manager to handle clients&039; complaints/ claims
• Work closely with Customer Service Team to shape a best selling mode and deliver good offers to clients; avoid different communications by Sales and Customer Service to clients
• Monthly update clients revenues, monitor their performance and have proper actions to improve their performance
• Support Customer Service Team to collect outstanding debts
• Build up, maintain and update the accessible, transparent, complete and detailed client information files
• Prepare weekly/ monthly business reports which includes sales achievement, project approach, market information, competitors&039;s activities to Manager
• Develop marketing strategy/ plans to penetrate to different segments of the market
Yêu cầu công việc
2- 3 years experience in related products or services, or in the footwear industry.
Good at negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English (writing and speaking), Chinese is a must if Sales is in charge of Footwear customer
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related field.
