SCOPE OF POSITION
The Sales Gallery Operation Admin is responsible for the daily operation and customer service experience at the Sales Gallery and Show Units of the Beach Villas project. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a premium hospitality- standard experience to potential customers and supporting the sales team in all activities related to customer visits, events, and on- site service coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Reception & Experience Management:
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the show units and sales gallery.
• Manage and organize customer visit schedules, booking requests, and on- site coordination.
• Support the sales team during customer visits, ensuring a seamless and premium experience throughout the property tour.
Customer Service Support:
• Organize transportation services including shuttle, fleet, or buggy services for customer visits and events.
• Coordinate accommodation arrangements at Hoiana Resort & Golf upon request from the sales team or customers.
• Arrange and serve F&B requests for customers during visits, including preparation or coordination with in- house restaurants.
Event and Sales Support:
• Support the setup, logistics, and execution of sales and marketing events as required.
• Assist with sales events, launches, and private previews held at the Sales Gallery or other venues within the Hoiana Resort & Golf complex.
Facility and Operation Management:
• Manage inventory of amenities, printed materials, and display elements to ensure the gallery is always prepared for customer visits.
• Oversee the daily operation and upkeep of the Sales Gallery and Show Units, including cleanliness, safety, facility maintenance, and compliance with operational standards.
Administrative and Coordination Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, service requests, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Transportation, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Graduation from a university or college in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or other related fields is an advantage.
Experience: experience working in hospitality industry. Having experience as an admin/sales gallery operation at a real estate company or in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Skills:
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer- centric mindset.
